Victoria, BC – The TREK Vancouver Island Gravel Series, proudly hosted by Mosaic Forest Management, was official launched today as gravel cycling enthusiasts look forward to tackling 3 exciting but challenging events over 3 months in the areas of Campbell River, Duncan, and Nanaimo. “Gravel Cycling is the fastest growing cycling discipline in North America and caters to people of all ages and abilities”, said race director, Jon Watkin. “It’s more than a race series, it’s the ultimate outdoor adventure experience and a great opportunity to connect with people and share epic stories.”
Through a comprehensive partnership with Mosaic Forest Management, participants will experience the most beautiful yet challenging terrain on exclusive private gravel roads which will offer awe inspiring views that only can be found in the West Coast of BC.
The event schedule is as follows:
April 21 – River City Gravel Fondo, Campbell River BC
May 18/19 – Burnt Bridge Classic Stage Race, Duncan BC
June 16 – Unpaved, Nanaimo.

Mosaic Forest Management has been a foundational partner for gravel cycling events on Vancouver Island and has stepped up as the naming host for the entire gravel series.
